Conveniently located in the Mission District, near the 101 freeway, our distinctive San Francisco hotel is dedicated exclusively to the care of dogs and cats. We offer a variety of innovative services and amenities, including hotel-style boarding with private Wag Rooms and luxurious Deluxe Suites for our canine guests and specially-designed Kitty Condos for our felines guests. With over 5,000 square feet of playrooms, our All Day Play program (supervised doggie daycare) offers your canine companion the opportunity to hang out, meet new friends, exercise and have fun -- the wag way. And, your furry friend can take advantage of other amenities like evening strolls on our rooftop deck or a dip in the Wag pool.
While visiting our San Francisco location, you can enhance your pet's stay by scheduling a grooming appointment or by taking advantage of our full-service spa.

Late Policy: Drop off is between 7am and 10am daily. Drop offs before 7am will incur an early drop off charge. Dogs must be picked up by 7pm. All Day Play guests staying past 7pm will be checked into a room in the hotel and a $20 late fee will apply until 8 pm. After 8 pm the overnight room charge will apply and regular boarding policies apply to all boarding guests. Please let us know if you will be running late or need us to reserve a room in advance.
